NeighborWorks Pocatello

NeighborWorks® Pocatello is a progressive alliance between

residents, business and government that revitalizes communities by

empowering people, creating safe, healthy neighborhoods, providing

opportunities for affordable housing, deploying accessible financial

products, and building community pride.

NeighborWorks® Pocatello is a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods and expanding access to safe, affordable housing across southeast Idaho. Our goal is to revitalize communities by empowering residents, improving neighborhood conditions, and building community pride through strong partnerships with local stakeholders.

We primarily serve low to moderate income individuals and families, seniors, and residents in Pocatello’s six core neighborhoods. Through homeownership education, lending, and home repair programs, we help people achieve and maintain stable housing.

Beyond housing, we support neighborhood associations, community events, and resident-led projects that foster connection and long-term investment in the community. Our work is grounded in collaboration, inclusivity, and a commitment to helping people and neighborhoods thrive.
