At Arcadia Impact, we support exceptional students and early-career professionals as they explore and pursue high-impact careers. We believe talented people can achieve far more with the proper support - and we believe providing that support to talented, impact-motivated people is one of the most effective ways to build capacity to address global challenges.

Our mission is to help ambitious people in and around London pursue careers that make a meaningful difference. We’re especially excited to support people working on large-scale, neglected, and solvable problem areas - where additional people can usually have the greatest impact. This includes AI safety, biosecurity, global health, animal welfare, and other high-impact cause areas. We aim to help people identify and overcome barriers that stand between them and their potential.

We believe in taking an impact-focused, evidence-based approach. Our work is inspired by that of the effective altruism movement, prioritising problem areas that are:

• Large in scale — affecting many lives or influencing the long-term future
• Neglected — where few people are working and each new person can have outsized impact
• Solvable — where additional talent, skills, or resources can meaningfully improve outcomes
