THE REAL WINGS is an organization for young ladies between 10 and 15. Its purpose is to provide a positive, interactive program that builds confidence and pride among teenage and preteen girls. The organization aims to teach etiquette, poise, financial literacy, health, and spiritual awareness in a manner that young ladies will find engaging and enjoyable. Real Wings is dedicated to promoting the mental wellness of youth. Youths are suffering from sadness, depression, suicide, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and no confidence.

Growing up in today's world is challenging, and young ladies need to be equipped with resources to face those challenges. Through this organization, they will learn how to be their best selves and develop coping skills that enable them to maintain healthy relationships. The learning process will be fun, motivating, and informative, helping the young ladies discover their inner strengths and outer worth.

W.I.N.G.S. means where impressive, noble girls shine.

The young ladies have potential, goodness, ideals, dreams, and greatness. They are not meant to crawl; they have WINGS., which they will learn to use and fly.
