Commitment Details:

The time commitment for a volunteer is monthly on 2nd and 3rd Saturdays from October to June from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The board members will be the 3rd Monday of the month via Zoom from 7: 00 pm to 8:30 pm. from Septmeber to June.

Volunteers must be 20+, dependable, respectful, and committed to empowering youth. They must complete orientation, follow safety and confidentiality policies, communicate promptly, and pass a background check if working directly with youth.

Help Girls Find Their Wings—Volunteer with The Real Wings!

Help girls build confidence, character, and life skills with The Real Wings! Volunteers may mentor girls ages 10–15 or assist with workshops, events, field trips, fundraising, and administrative tasks. Board opportunities are also available for those interested in providing leadership and organizational oversight.

We welcome dependable, respectful, positive individuals who enjoy working with youth, contribute ideas, and follow through on their commitments. Training is provided, and volunteer assignments are matched to your interests, skills, and availability.
