    The Alzheimer’s Association, San Antonio & South Texas Chapter, supports individuals living with dementia, their families and caregivers, and the professionals who care for them. The San Antonio & South Texas Chapter was incorporated in 1989. From our humble beginnings as a volunteer-driven organization that primarily served San Antonio and its surrounding area, we have expanded into an organization with 13 staff members and over 200 volunteers who serve 43 counties.
