A-HOME creates and maintains stable, affordable housing opportunities for Westchester's more vulnerable citizens. A-HOME's professional staff and volunteers facilitate residents' independence in a caring, family-like environment that supports the dignity and privacy of the individual.

Lack of decent, affordable and safe housing for the elderly, mentally disabled and single parent households is a national problem. Yet, it is a problem rarely addressed by federal, state or local governments. In Northern Westchester one organization is doing something about it - that organization is A-HOME.
