Hope Scarves is a global nonprofit based in Louisville, Kentucky, bringing comfort, connection, and courage to people facing cancer. Since 2012, we’ve grown into a vibrant community united by shared experiences and a commitment to lift one another up.

We collect scarves and stories from people around the world—pairing them to deliver hope and a reminder that even in the hardest moments, light still shines. These shared scarves and words are our “now”—tangible symbols of strength, beauty, and solidarity.

We’re also investing in the “future” through our Metastatic Breast Cancer Research Fund, supporting groundbreaking research and clinical trials across the country. Every discovery brings us closer to better treatments, brighter outcomes, and more stories of resilience to share.
