In harmony with our innate joy, kindness and curiosity, we honor our individuality while contributing to the well-being of others and our natural world. M I S S I O N Empowering, educating, and inspiring the cultivation of inner and outer harmony through holistic well-being practices, transformative tools, meaningful connections, and spiritual ecology. Creating virtual and eco-friendly spaces for our community and well-being collaborators who are dedicated to reminding us of our interconnected nature.

    About Us

    FIT FOR JOY: Garden of Well-Being is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting holistic well-being education, alternative healing, and sustainable practices, with plans to establish a holistic healing center in Kauai, Hawaii. The envisioned center will offer various programs, including online and in-person workshops, lectures, nature-based retreats, cultural and educational events, and gatherings designed to support mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.

    A NURTURING SPACE

    Our Pua Central Dome and Meditation Room will serve as environments for healing, learning, and community connection. The organization will support individuals on their wellness journey through collaborations with mental health professionals, life coaches, environmental advocates, spiritual mentors, and holistic practitioners. Community initiatives will include volunteer opportunities and educational programming to preserve Kauai’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Guided by a vision rooted in joy, harmony, and interconnectedness, Fit for Joy will empower people to embrace their wholeness and contribute meaningfully to one another, our communities and the planet.

    FIT FOR JOY will offer a range of holistic well-being programs, cultural education experiences, and environmental stewardship initiatives.
