Alport Syndrome Foundation (ASF) is the leading non-profit organization
in the United States serving and giving a voice to the community of
patients and families affected by this rare genetic kidney disease. The
ASF mission is to improve the lives of patients through education,
empowerment, advocacy and research. ASF
has grown to become an international presence in outreach, education
and research for Alport Syndrome, as it works to realize its vision of
