Mission
Poudre Landmarks Foundation's mission is to preserve, restore, protect, and interpret the architectural and cultural heritage of the Fort Collins area.
About Us
The Poudre Landmarks Foundation preserves and manages the 1879 Avery House and the 1883 Water Works in Fort Collins, Colorado. But that's not all! We provide year-round community-based activities like our Historic Homes Tour in old town Fort Collins or our Old-Fashioned 4th of July celebration at the Avery House. In fact, last year our 200 volunteers welcomed over 13,000 visitors.
