Community Support Connections is a non-profit organization in Waterloo Region that

promotes the health of the whole person – mind and body – through our support

services. Our mission is to enabling older adults and adults with different abilities to

live within the comforts of their homes with independence and dignity, by providing

programs and services focused in four main areas: Nutrition, Physical Health, Social

Wellbeing and Help at Home.

We have a vision where our community is a place where everyone feels at home - valued, connected and empowered.
