Step back in time and become a part of history! Our museum is located in the heart of Downtown Columbus, in a beautifully restored 1908 Columbus Engine House. If you're interested in volunteering, you can learn to guide our visitors through the historical tour of the museum, learn how to teach fire safety or work in our gift shop where you'll collect admission and run the register. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. We offer flexible volunteer commitments.
