Rise with Resilience exists to empower vulnerable individuals by mobilizing community support, raising awareness, and generating resources that fund the trauma-informed housing and employment services delivered by Advocacy Change Thrive--especially in underserved and rural Snohomish County.

The organization is committed to empowering vulnerable individuals-particularly those affected by trauma, mental health challenges, and socioeconomic hardship-by providing access to supportive services that foster personal growth, independence, and long-term resilience. Through trauma-informed, person-centered programs and community-based initiatives, Rise with Resilience aims to reduce barriers, promote healing, and equip individuals with the tools and confidence needed to lead empowered, thriving lives.
