To develop and implement programs to serve the needs of youth and families, improve housing for the poor, close digital divide, serve as a neighborhood improvement/revitalization/community development center, to improve the quality of life for the neighborhood residents and the total community.

Community Revitlization (community garden, community clean up, and community beautification projects)

Children/Youth (8-week summer enrichment camp ages 5-18 during Macon-Bibb school vacation June-July, Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and after school program K-12 during Macon-Bibb school system year Monday-Friday 2:30 to 8 p.m.)

Family/Community (annual community day fun and time to get to know neighbors and community residents)

Community Housing Development Organization (Contruct new and rehabilitate affordable houses for home ownership)
