The Mercy Seat

Through workshops, mentorship, community events, and creative resources, we help young women break free from shame, comparison, and online pressure so they can live grounded, confident, and purpose-filled lives.

Mercy Seat USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping girls who are overwhelmed by today’s culture, particularly those struggling with identity confusion, online pressure, comparison, isolation, self-harm patterns, or destructive choices.

We believe many girls are quietly suffering. They look “fine” on the outside but are drowning internally.

Through free workshops, mentorship, and faith-based teaching, we address:

• Social media addiction and digital identity distortion

• Shame and secrecy

• Self-worth and comparison

• Emotional resilience

• Healthy boundaries and decision-making

• Faith-rooted identity

Our long-term vision is to establish a ranch-style restorative campus, a peaceful, distraction-free environment where girls who are on the edge of self-destruction can step away from chaos and encounter safety, mentorship, structure, and healing.

The ranch will provide:

• Mentorship and spiritual guidance

• Structured daily rhythms

• Outdoor activities and restorative work

• Equine and agricultural engagement

• Community and accountability

• A space free from digital overload

We are actively seeking experienced volunteers who understand how to strategically grow social media and online engagement.

We are specifically looking for individuals who:

• Know how to grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts

• Can create high-quality reels and short-form video content

• Understand social media marketing strategy and analytics

• Know how to build engagement and increase reach

• Have experience helping nonprofits or brands grow donor bases

We are also seeking someone with experience in digital fundraising strategy who can help expand our donor community and online giving campaigns.
