    We are seeking someone who can commit to 5–8 hours per week for at least 3 months. Consistency is more important than volume. We are building long-term momentum and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the mission.

    Must have prior experience managing or creating content for social media accounts. Portfolio or examples required. Reliable internet access and ability to attend occasional virtual check-ins.

    Description

    We are looking for someone who understands how to grow social media intentionally, not casually.

    Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

    Help develop a content strategy and posting rhythm

    Increase engagement and audience growth

    Help communicate our workshops and mission clearly

    Assist with digital fundraising campaigns and storytelling

    Experience creating and editing short-form video content

    Understanding of social media growth strategy and engagement

    Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

    Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

    We are looking for someone who understands digital growth and wants to use their skills to help protect and strengthen the next generation of young women.

    Remote opportunity. Flexible hours. Ideal commitment: 5–10 hours per week.
