  • About Us

Homies Helping Homies (HHH) is a mutual aid organization whose core programs work toward a common goal: improve the material conditions of our neighbors by providing food, necessities, community clean up and care, resources, knowledge, + space for community building.

We run two food/resource distribution tables in our South Philadelphia neighborhood three Sundays a month! Homie volunteers also organize to clean up the community and are currently looking to further tackle legacy dumping. Our model exists through working with community partners and other mutual aid organizations to gather supplies to redistribute among our neighbors. These supplies largely consist of perishable and shelf-stable foods, hygiene products, pet food, and baby necessities, such as diapers and formula. We deliver necessities to individuals in need and various community fridges/supply drops throughout the City, and we aim to deliver to neighbors (particularly those with mobility concerns) when we notice their absence at our distribution tables. To aid in these efforts, we hold supply drives throughout the year.
