Rescue and care for abandoned domestic rabbits and educate the public about them and about good care for them as loving indoor pets. Activities also include being part of the community.

    About Us

We are a 100% volunteer organization that has served in the St. Louis metro area for 29 years. Besides caring for the rabbits in our shelter in spacious housing, we provide spay or neuter, internal/external parasite treatment, health exam by a veterinarian fully and specifically trained on rabbit medical care, health care as needed, microchip, vaccination for RHDV2, socialization, and litter box training. Adopters attend our class on rabbit care and behavior prior to adoption. We offer boarding services, a store for good rabbit supplies, and free nail trims to our members. In addition, we do a variety of events both onsite at our shelter and in various locations around the metro area. We assist groups like T.A.S.K. and Ponybird and offer educational activities for youth groups such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and more. We offer community service hours for students and adults. Our diverse group is often referred to by volunteers as their Bunny Family. The most help needed is in the shelter, but other types of help is also needed.
