Vision:

Community empowerment to govern their lives and determine a progressive future through eco system preservation, sustainable management of natural resources, enhanced livelihood opportunities, developing skills to compete with evolving markets, collective action to enhance incomes, skill advancement, preserve secular social fabric and create caring and protective environment for young, adolescent, working women and the aged.

Mission:

Strengthen community institutions and capacities for sustainable management of natural resources. Enhance communities’ capacities and confidence to play active and proactive role in local governance and resist government policies that may be detrimental to their food security and rights. Create a safe and protective environment for vulnerable- Adolescent, children and the aged. Prepare PAD organization and staff with suitable skills, aptitude and motivation and to strengthen organizational systems to accomplish the vision.
