Working for Women

W4W is a rapidly expanding 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on advancing women's economic mobility in the U.S. by investing in programs and partnerships that help women build the financial power to control their futures.

We invest in and amplify programs that help women who are ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) navigate economic barriers and build lasting financial independence—connecting them to employment opportunities, expanding access to education and training, and working with nonprofit and corporate partners to remove barriers to advancement. A crucial part of our model are our partnerships with companies and nonprofits nationwide to direct time, skills, and funding toward women's economic mobility.
