High Impact Professionals

High Impact Professionals (HIP) is an international nonprofit that helps experienced professionals use their careers to create as much positive impact as possible.

Through our flagship programs -- the Impact Accelerator Program and the Talent Directory -- HIP has already supported over 60 professionals to transition into high-impact roles and facilitated millions of dollars in counterfactual impact through our community (see our 2024 impact report).
