WHO WE ARE

The Kaizen Foundation of NC is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization based in the greater Charlotte area. We are a community-based organization that is committed to advancing financial literacy and upward mobility.

TKFNC supports the financial education efforts of its partners and affiliates, bringing together the financial literacy community to foster cooperation and collaboration. Kaizen raises the importance of financial literacy and the importance of effective financial education.

WHO WE SEEK TO SERVE

We focus on those who may understand finances but may not have the resources to build upon that understanding to clearly impact their everyday lives.

HOW WE SEEK TO SERVE

By establishing strong relationships and partnerships with existing nonprofit organizations in Cabarrus, Catawba, Gaston Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Stanly and Union counties.
