About Us
Camp Jabberwocky: Martha’s Vineyard Cerebral Palsy Camp, Camp Jabberwocky, is an overnight camp on Martha’s Vineyard, an island off the coast of Massachusetts. The camp is run for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities and runs for about 9 weeks, from the mid June to the end of August. There are 2 sessions. Our property is a beautiful 14 acre site with 10 sleeping cabins, a main cabin for meals, meetings and classes, a theater/dance studio, an art and pottery cabin, and a yurt.
The camp offers classes and activities such as music class, pottery, sewing, drama, drumming, swimming, horseback riding, cooking, arts-n-crafts, jewelry making, basketball, yoga, painting, baseball, windsurfing, tubing, sailing, concerts, drumming and cookouts on the beach, dances, movies, shopping, karaoke and more.
