  • About Us

Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA) is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization serving the diverse Oxford Circle neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia. Founded in 2006 by Oxford Circle Mennonite Church, OCCCDA exists to extend healing and hope in the community, believing that God’s purpose of reconciling all people to Jesus calls us to minister on spiritual, physical, social, and economic levels.

Located in one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant and multicultural neighborhoods, OCCCDA partners with children, families, schools, churches, and community organizations to foster belonging, opportunity, and reconciliation across cultures and communities. Our work includes after-school and summer programs, family support services, adult education and English-language learning, early childhood literacy initiatives, economic development and community outreach efforts that strengthen neighborhood relationships and well-being.

At the heart of OCCCDA’s mission is a commitment to relationship-based community development rooted in faith, compassion, and collaboration. We seek to walk alongside our neighbors with humility and hope while working toward a stronger, more connected community where individuals and families can flourish.
