Project LINK mission is to provide equitable approaches to education, mental wellness, and healthy choices for children and their families.

    About Us

Project LINK is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health, well-being, and educational success of children and families throughout the Tampa Bay region. We connect families to essential resources by expanding access to school-required immunizations, school physicals, immunization record updates, behavioral health services, and educational programs that empower individuals to make informed decisions and thrive.

Our mission is to strengthen families by removing barriers to health and education while promoting equity, resilience, and opportunity. Through collaborative partnerships, evidence-based programs, and community engagement, we help families become healthier, safer, better informed, and active participants in achieving positive outcomes for themselves and their communities.

At Project LINK, we believe that every child and family deserves equitable access to quality healthcare, educational opportunities, and supportive services. We are committed to addressing health disparities and advancing health equity by increasing awareness of systemic inequities, fostering empathy and collaboration, and empowering communities to participate in meaningful solutions that improve outcomes for all.

Our approach is simple: we meet families where they are. We recognize and build upon the strengths, talents, and potential that already exist within every individual and family. By providing compassionate support, trusted guidance, and access to critical resources, we help families overcome challenges and build pathways toward long-term success.

Our philosophy is reflected in two guiding principles:

"We are not safe until we are all safe. We are not well until we are all well."

As our CEO, Tina Young, often reminds us: "Our futures are not determined only by our prayers—they are also determined by our planting. That's why we are in the planting business: sowing seeds of hope, opportunity, health, and education today to cultivate stronger families and healthier communities tomorrow."

At Project LINK, we believe that every seed of compassion, knowledge, and opportunity planted today has the power to transform lives for generations to come.
