Service Paw Project

  • Mission

Service Paw Project is dedicated to helping service dogs live longer, healthier working lives by reducing the financial burden of veterinary care and proactive wellness for their handlers. We provide assistance with essential medical care while promoting evidence-informed nutrition, rehabilitation, and preventative support so service dog teams can remain healthy, independent, and together for as long as possible.

    About Us

Service Paw Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting service dog teams after placement. While many organizations focus on training and matching service dogs, we focus on helping those partnerships thrive for years to come.

Our mission is to reduce the financial burden of veterinary care while promoting proactive wellness that helps service dogs stay healthy, comfortable, and able to work. We believe prevention is just as important as treatment and strive to make high-quality care more accessible through veterinary assistance, wellness support, and education.

We serve handlers of all types of service dogs, recognizing the life-changing independence these dogs provide. Our values are rooted in compassion, accessibility, integrity, collaboration with veterinary professionals, and a commitment to improving the long-term health and quality of life of both service dogs and the people who rely on them.
