Mission & Vision

Hodos Institute is a cross-cultural organization dedicated to leadership research and formation. We study leadership as it is lived and accompany leaders in the formation of character, wisdom, and responsibility. Our work seeks to make a meaningful difference in the United States and Ukraine by supporting leaders in spiritual depth, ethical conviction, and practical effectiveness.

We stand with Ukraine and envision a healed and renewed nation, strengthened by resilient and visionary leaders formed amid trauma and prolonged war.

Hodos Institute walks alongside leaders facing complexity, uncertainty, and responsibility.

We integrate spiritual formation, ethical reflection, and leadership research to support leaders as they make wise decisions under pressure.

Since 2014—and especially since the full-scale war—Hodos Institute has been walking alongside Ukrainian leaders facing displacement, moral injury, and life-defining decisions.
