At Girls Rugby, our mission is to empower girls to reach their potential through sport. We believe every girl deserves a place to play, lead, and belong. We started with a simple idea: give girls the chance to experience the joy of rugby in a space designed just for them. What began with an idea that has grown into a movement—empowering thousands of girls across the country through sport, leadership, and community. Our programs aren’t just about rugby. They’re about confidence. About lifting each other up. About stepping onto the field, trying something new, and realizing, I can do this. With every pass, every try, and every cheer from the sidelines, our players learn that their voices matter, their strength is real, and their potential is limitless.
