About The Circulate Initiative: TCI is the affiliated nonprofit of Circulate Capital, whose $106M Ocean Fund is the first fund dedicated to preventing plastic leakage into the environment. To date, The Fund has deployed $40M into private recycling companies in India and Indonesia. As a nonprofit, TCI is focused on strengthening the enabling environment for early-stage innovations and ventures to accelerate their growth and adoption across South and Southeast Asia. We do this by incubating solutions, convening a network of support organizations, and generating insights for investors and others.
