TAFT Foundation

TAFT Foundation is a U.S. public charity dedicated to empowering high-potential students from underserved communities through peer learning, mentorship, and youth leadership development. Through research-informed programs and future educator pathways, TAFT seeks to expand educational opportunity, strengthen communities, and advance teacher diversity in the United States.

TAFT Foundation is a research-informed nonprofit organization serving high-potential students from underserved communities in grades 8–12.

We believe that young people can learn, lead, and create positive change when given meaningful opportunities to support one another. Through peer tutoring, mentorship, leadership development, and future educator pathways, TAFT helps students strengthen academic skills, develop leadership identity, and contribute to their schools and communities.

Founded in 2025, TAFT is currently building partnerships with schools, community organizations, educators, volunteers, and supporters who share a commitment to educational opportunity, youth leadership, and teacher diversity.

We welcome volunteers, advisors, board members, educators, and community partners who would like to help expand opportunities for the next generation of learners and leaders.
