Connecting Education

ConnectEd connects older student volunteers with younger learners who need academic support, completely free. We exist to eliminate the education inequality gap by making quality 1-on-1 tutoring accessible to every student, regardless of income, geography, or background.

ConnectEd is looking for motivated middle and high schoolers who want to make a real difference while building their own resume and leadership experience.

As a ConnectEd tutor, you will be matched 1-on-1 with a younger student who needs academic support in STEM or core subjects. You will earn verified volunteer hours, gain hands-on mentorship experience, and have the opportunity to advance to Senior Tutor and take on leadership roles within the organization.

No prior tutoring experience is required. We provide onboarding, structure, and ongoing support from our leadership team. All sessions are held virtually, so you can volunteer from anywhere on a schedule that works for you.
