We pride ourselves in our sound fiscal responsibility, and it is important to note that 85% of the money we raise goes towards our programs. When our organization was founded in 1999, the pancreatic cancer survival rate hovered at 5%. While it has slowly increased toward the current 8% five-year survival rate, pancreatic cancer remains the most lethal of major cancers. Our goal is to double survival by 2020 through our four focal areas: supporting patients, funding critical research, advocating change, and raising awareness.
