Springfield Preservation and Revitalization (SPAR) Council is a non-profit community organization, whose mission is to provide leadership to the residents of Historic Springfield, and to revitalize, preserve, and restore the community through its diverse programs and services.
About Us
The purpose of SPAR Council is to stimulate preservation, reinvestment, and community activism in the Springfield Historic District, while maintaining the integrity of its structures and history.
