Marketing & Advertising Director
The Marketing & Advertising Director leads efforts to increase awareness, engagement, and
visibility of the organization’s mission and programs. This board member develops and
guides strategic marketing initiatives that connect with the community, attract supporters,
and expand outreach.
Responsibilities include overseeing branding, messaging, and content across platforms such
as social media, email, and promotional materials. The Director works closely with
leadership to promote events, programs, and fundraising efforts, ensuring messaging is clear,
consistent, and aligned with the organization’s missions and values.
This role also involves identifying new opportunities for outreach, building partnerships,
and analyzing engagement to improve marketing effectiveness. The Marketing &
Advertising Director helps ensure the organization’s voice is authentic, inclusive, and
impactful.
Ideal candidates bring creativity, strong communication skills, and experience in marketing,
advertising, or public relations. A passion for storytelling and community engagement is
essential. This is a mission-driven role focused on amplifying impact and connecting more
people to Empowerment Pathways.
