    Description

    Volunteer Microsoft 365 Specialist – Help Build Nonprofit Systems

    Organization: Army Pink – Pathway to Freedom Initiative

    Description:

    Army Pink’s Pathway to Freedom initiative provides safe transportation and support to survivors of domestic violence. We are seeking a volunteer Microsoft 365 specialist to help us set up and optimize our nonprofit Microsoft account, ensuring our team can run programs efficiently and securely.

    Volunteer Tasks:

    • Verify admin access and multi-factor authentication for all key users.
    • Set up Microsoft 365 tools: Teams for collaboration, SharePoint for document management, OneDrive, and Exchange email.
    • Implement security and compliance measures for sensitive information.
    • Configure Dynamics 365 Nonprofit Accelerator to track volunteers, donors, and program activities.
    • Create automated workflows with Power Automate for intake, volunteer assignment, and ride notifications.
    • Build Power BI dashboards to monitor key metrics, including rides provided, volunteer engagement, and donations.
    • Provide documentation and guidance for staff and volunteers on using all systems.

    Skills:

    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and nonprofit IT solutions
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to document systems and train staff/volunteers

    • 20–40 hours, flexible schedule
