    Description

    The Volunteer Training Specialist – Learning and Development is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of volunteers and staff. This role ensures that WOCOTM volunteers are equipped, confident, and aligned with the organization’s mission and operational standards. Training Program Design & Development

    • Identify training needs in collaboration with department leads and HR
    • Develop training materials, guides, and resources (digital and physical)
    • Design onboarding and refresher programs for volunteers and staff
    • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and mission-focused

    Instructions:

    Maintain training records and volunteer progress reports

    Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
