    Social Media Coordinator

    Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals dedicated to increasing leadership opportunities for women and individuals in the Snowsports Industry?

    Women of Winter, Inc. is seeking Social Media Coordinators, as part of the Social Media & marketing Group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reports to the Executive Director as part of the Marketing & Social Media Group.
    • Coordinate with Program Officers and members of Marketing & Social Media Group on Postings and Calendar creation and updates
    • Create and schedule posts across social platforms including graphics (if needed), captions and stories for all platforms including LinkedIn
    • Engage with comments and community DMs
    • Support campaigns and Programs with live coverage
    • Flag trends or risks
    • Monitor and create Collaborations with Partners, Sponsors and Community
    • Create end of year metrics for reporting and enhancements for future calendar
    • Complete tasks assigned based on Calendar for time sensitive posts
    • Comply with Social Media Women of Winter Branding and Marketing Policy

    Hours/Week: 1–3 (may increase during peak times December thru February)

    Monthly Reporting: Follower growth, engagement, content calendar status

    Instructions:

    Please include in your Cover letter why volunteering for Women of Winter is important to you both personally and professionally. A resume is not required but preferred. Participating in the On-Snow Program is not required. If you plan to attend, lift tickets and meals are included. Lodging and Transportation are on your own but discount opportunities will be provided.
