Communications: As a small team of dedicated volunteers working remotely, we rely on a variety of online tools to communicate with each other. This includes Slack for discussions, Zoom for meetings, Trello for project management, Google Drive for sharing documents, and a few shared mailboxes for organization-related emails.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Work with our external process-improvement experts to develop a new story publishing process.
    • Help us adopt the new process into our daily work.
    • Identify technology or platforms to improve efficiency and/or productivity, if needed
    • Ensure process documentation is up to date, accurate, and easy to understand
    • There will be opportunities to evaluate and streamline other processes within the organization
