Gala Registration & Data Entry Support

Our premiere annual fundraiser can't happen without the support of volunteers like you. Thank you for signing up to support our cause and helping us raise over $300,000 for salmon in one evening!

Snacks and nonalcoholic beverages will be available to all volunteers. Volunteers serving during our event (between 5pm-9:30pm) will also receive a meal and a special LLTK volunteer button. Reserved parking for volunteers is provided as needed.

Volunteers will assist with checking in guests using our online software (QGiv), gathering information and credit cards. They will also assist with entering auction and raffle sales into the software during the program and reviewing purchases with guests during the check-out process.

NOTE: Volunteers for this task must be 18 years or older and comfortable learning quickly and being on a computer. Self-paced, online training will be provided ahead of the shift.
