    Description

    Fundraising & Grants Specialist Volunteer

    The Porter Voice Collective (PVC) is a nonprofit advancing the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of porters and mountain workers in global trekking and tourism. We focus on gender equity, labor equity, and human rights.

    We’re looking for a Fundraising & Grants Volunteer to help secure funding, expand programs, and amplify the voices of mountain workers.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Identify grants and funding opportunities aligned with our mission
    • Draft compelling proposals, fundraising materials, and donor communications
    • Support strategic fundraising campaigns to grow our impact
    • Collaborate to highlight the stories of porters and mountain workers

    Who You Are:

    • Experienced in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or development
    • Skilled in persuasive proposals and donor communications
    • Passionate about equity, human rights, and ethical tourism
    • Excited to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven nonprofit
