    Description

    Job Title: Onboarding Lead

    Location: Remote

    Department: Human Resources and Administration

    Reports To: Onboarding Manager

    Type: Internship (Part-Time) (Unpaid)

    Duration: 4 Months

    Key responsibilities:

    • Send out orientation invitations and host or co-host scheduled group orientation sessions.
    • Collect post-orientation candidate information via Google Forms.
    • Enter orientation attendance data into the recruitment tracker.
    • Send advancement emails to qualified candidates.
    • Create Striven accounts and connect interns to department directors.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated passion for Resilience’s mission and commitment to supporting the communities we serve.
    • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute proactively to team goals.
    • Ability to dedicate 5–10 hours per week consistently.
    • Adherence to all organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
