Business Operations Partner — Work Directly With the Executive Director

Legacy Paws Rescue is looking for a hands-on Business Operations Partner to work directly alongside our Executive Director to turn big ideas into organized, workable systems and make sure things actually get done. This is a collaborative role for someone who can help manage moving pieces, solve problems, build processes, and turn vision into action—not someone who simply hands over a plan and walks away.

We’re building a different kind of rescue, one focused on prevention, education, and helping dogs and people stay together whenever possible. There are a lot of pieces to build, and we need someone who enjoys bringing order to the chaos, figuring things out, and helping a growing nonprofit move forward.

You’ll collaborate with the ED to identify priorities, organize projects, improve workflows, establish practical systems, track progress, and help make sure commitments don't get lost in the shuffle.

We're looking for a doer, a problem-solver, and a true thought partner—someone comfortable working through the messy middle, asking questions, offering solutions, and rolling up their sleeves.
