Description
Empower InvisAbilities is looking for Regional Ambassadors and Chapter Leads worldwide, a named leadership role under a registered US 501(c)(3), with real impact numbers you can put on college and scholarship applications.
What we've built so far:
- 5,500+ individuals reached across 4 continents
- Workshops across the U.S. reaching 2,000+ students directly
- Books, teacher toolkits, and sensory tools donated to 15+ military schools in India, reaching 550+ students who received disability education for the first time
- Student and teacher surveys designed with district-level research staff to measure gaps in accommodation awareness
- $10k+ raised, grants pending
- Active chapters in the UK, Australia, and Africa
As a Chapter Lead or Regional Ambassador, you'd run local awareness events, share our materials (full toolkit provided, you don't build from scratch), and report your impact.
Realistically 1-2 hours a month outside of events. Counts toward CAS for IB students.
