    Description

    The Alliance leadership Team is conducting a review and possible revamp of by-laws and administrative procedures.

    We're looking for an outside legal advisor with progressive bona fides and significant experience in non-profit by-laws, 501c3 compliance, and related issues to assist with the process.

    Experience and references essential.
