    About the Project

Army Pink is seeking an experienced Director of Grants, Director of Institutional Giving, Foundation Relations Director, or Senior Grants Manager to help us build the foundation of a strong, sustainable grants department.

This is a 12-week advisory project focused on helping us establish the structure, strategy, and best practices for our grants program. We already have a growing volunteer grants team and are looking for an experienced leader to guide us in setting the department up for long-term success.

We're looking for someone with significant experience in:

    • Leading nonprofit grants programs
    • Grant strategy and planning
    • Foundation and institutional fundraising
    • Building grant calendars and workflows
    • Managing grant teams and assigning responsibilities
    • Developing proposal review processes and best practices
    • Creating a scalable grants operation

    Project Goals

Over the course of 12 weeks, we'd like your guidance in helping us:

    • Develop a grants strategy and annual grants calendar
    • Establish team structure, roles, and workflows
    • Create best practices and standard operating procedures
    • Advise our Grants Director and volunteer team
    • Recommend tools and processes for long-term success
    • Position Army Pink for sustainable grant funding growth

This is primarily an advisory and mentorship project. We are looking for someone who has successfully led grants programs and can help us build ours the right way from the beginning.

Experience leading nonprofit grants programs is required.
