Staff Training Video Development Intern (Unpaid)

As a Staff Training Video Development Associate, you will assist with creating, organizing, and maintaining training video content that supports employee onboarding, compliance, and professional development. An associate must be willing to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to the PAC. Training and guidance are provided, and no prior experience is required. This is an entry-level unpaid internship role; academic credit is available for students who need or want it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and updating staff training videos and educational materials.
• Support video recording, editing, formatting, and publishing.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create accurate training content.
• Maintain organized training video files and help track content updates and completion.

Qualifications:

• All majors welcome — political science, public policy, legal studies, and related majors preferred
• Familiarity with legal and compliance research practices preferred but not required
• Willing to learn and communicate
