Grant Writer with Salesforce Experience (URGENT)

    Role Summary:

Please Note: This is an active Grant-Writing role, NOT a Salesforce developer position.

We are seeking an experienced Grant Writer who is also comfortable working within Salesforce. You will lead the research, writing, and organization of grant proposals while partnering with our Grants Co-Lead (Whitney) and our Salesforce developers to ensure our grant tracking pipeline is structured effectively.

About Army Pink & Freedom Rides:

Army Pink provides safe, discreet transportation for domestic violence survivors escaping dangerous situations. As we prepare for program expansion powered by Lyft and our corporate/foundation supporters, securing institutional grants is critical to funding each ride.

    • Manage proposal timelines, submission deadlines, and compliance milestones.
    • Use Salesforce to track, organize, and manage the full grant lifecycle.
    • Collaborate directly with Whitney (Grants Co-Lead) and our Salesforce developers to articulate what the grants team needs from the Salesforce configuration.
    • Act as an active, responsive bridge between grant management requirements and Salesforce tracking architecture.

    Qualifications:

    • Essential: Proven track record in professional nonprofit grant writing, proposal development, and prospect research.
    • Essential: Hands-on user experience with Salesforce (comfortable logging opportunities, navigating pipelines, and reporting).
    • Clear ability to communicate functional grant workflow requirements to technical developers.
    • Highly active, responsive, communicative, and excited to make an immediate impact.
