Description
As a museum docent for the Paleo Preserve Fossil Museum the volunteer enjoys the opportunity to share the amazing history of Florida's fossil past. Opening the museum, greeting visitors, providing a dig area for young fossil hunters, and offering unique gifts for sale are a few of the tasks that will occupy time. But, most importantly, is the opportunity for the volunteer to learn about fossils as they man the museum. You don't need to have prior knowledge. All you need is interest and enthusiasm to share this tiny but important museum with the public. Thank you!!
