    Volunteer Executive Assistant- MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS

    The Wright Cause Urban Youth Conservation (TWCUYC) is a charitable organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth and creating a future where every young individual can access the support and resources they need to realize their full potential.

    • *Role Description:**

    As a Volunteer Executive Assistant at TWCUYC, you will provide crucial support to our organization's leadership and assist in the day-to-day operations, helping to ensure the effective and efficient execution of our programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals eager to contribute their skills to a meaningful cause.

    • *Key Responsibilities:**
    • Provide administrative support to the executive director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and programs.
    • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Conduct research, gather information, and help with data analysis to support decision-making.
    • Assist with communication and coordination with other team members and volunteers.
    • Manage and maintain digital and physical records and documents.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Help with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
    • *Qualifications and Qualities:**
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
