Candidates for this position must be residents of North America.

    Role Summary:

Gender Freedom Society is looking for a (Volunteer) Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary architect of our new volunteer experience. • Respond to new volunteer inquiries and applications with warmth and professionalism.
    • Lead 15-minute introductory "vibe check" calls to ensure applicants align with GFS values.
    • Manage the transition from "Interested" to "Active" by coordinating background checks (where applicable), NDAs, and orientation materials.
    • Keep our volunteer roster and Google Drive folders organized and up-to-date.
    • Act as a peer mentor for new arrivals during their first 30 days to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.

    • You love a good spreadsheet and have experience with Google Workspace.
